BIFC Teeny Tots, Wildcats and Comets Awards: A Roaring Success

BIFC Teeny Tots, Wildcats and Comets Awards: A Roaring Success

Celebrating Emerging Talents

Whilst our Teeny Tots, Wildcats and Comets do not play in a competitive league, here at Barton Inclusive FC (BIFC), we felt it incredibly important to celebrate their achievements throughout the past year.

Every player was awarded a medal.

The awards morning, hosted at Baysgarth Sports Village on Saturday 29th June, served as a platform to acknowledge the hard work and dedication of all our players, who arrive every weekend with a smile on their face, ready to play football.

Building a Bright Future

The impact of the BIFC awards for young players goes beyond individual recognition.

These awards play a crucial role in shaping the future of their motivation within sport by nurturing their love for the game.

Every player was invited onto the stage to receive their medal, with the opportunity for a picture with their family.

The Wildcats had four special recognition awards including Player’s Player and Coaches Player of the Year.

The day was made extra special with BIFC themed cup cakes baked by volunteer Jojo and professional photographs being taken by Paul, who kindly donated his time.

BIFC will continue to deliver our inclusive Saturday morning football sessions throughout the summer.

Club Chairwoman Sophie Bartup said:

“I would like to express my deepest gratitude for all the hard work and dedication shown by our volunteers in hosting such a special morning for our players and their families.

From the visit to Hull on the Friday to collect the stage and gazebo, to baking over 30 cup cakes, every detail reflected your commitment and passion for providing our players with such a memorable morning.

Thank you for going above and beyond to make this event extra special.

Your contributions have not only made the event a success but have also strengthened our community spirit amongst our teams.

We are fortunate to have such a dedicated and talented group of volunteers.

The parents who also took the time to help us set up and pack away, we are so appreciative of your support.”

An incredible volunteer team.

Congratulations Teeny Tots, Wildcats and Comets on an amazing year.

All the equipment we hired is from the Hull Vault, an amazing library of equipment, all FREE to hire for community groups.
